Hall Rental Rates (revised 2008)
Seating Capacity 180

 

Rate Structure:

Deposit required when renting Hall and Kitchen: $150.00 for damage and clean-up.

Hall & Kitchen * $200.00

Hall only $100.00

Kitchen only $100.00

*If members of the Dunster Community Association book the hall for a non-profit event : $100.00

*If members of the Dunster Community Association book the hall for a for-profit event : $200.00

Community events which benefit the Community Hall
(i.e. Ice Cream Social, Winter Market, Summer Market, Fall Harvest Dinner, Buy and Sell, etc.)
No charge for use of hall and kitchen.

Meetings 4 hrs. or less: $50.00 - If member of DCA does booking: $25.00

Meetings 4 hrs. or more: $100.00 - If member of DCA does booking: $50.00

School events: $50.00

Church service or event: $50.00

Equipment Rental:

Damage deposit for rental of following items: $150.00

Chairs: $0.50 each

Tables: $5.00 each

Picnic tables: $10.00 each

Coffee urn: $5.00 each

Note: Silverware, place settings and/or glassware are not for rent.

1936 Chevrolet owned by Dunster resident Curtis Culp, who has owned it since 1965, but had it restored and painted three years ago by Bob Smith (not the mayor) at John Brown's shop in Valemount.
